Snorlax · Jungle, what to know.
Snorlax is card 11 of 64 in Jungle, illustrated by Ken Sugimori. Jungle followed Base Set in June 1999 and brought the first non-Base holo Pokémon to the West. Snorlax sits squarely in the marquee tier of the set along with Scyther, Pinsir, and the Eeveelutions.
Jungle ran two main variants: 1st Edition and Unlimited. There is no Shadowless equivalent for this set. There is also a print error worth flagging. The "No Symbol" error on early Jungle prints where the set symbol was accidentally omitted. No Symbol Snorlax sells for a meaningful premium over the standard Unlimited print, and is one of the most sought-after variants in the entire Jungle set.
Holo Snorlax centering tends to be more forgiving than Base Set holos, but the foil window is large and prone to hairlines from sleeve wear. PSA 10 1st Edition examples have cleared four figures recently; Unlimited holos trade lower but remain liquid.
