The set runs 113 cards. Shining Charizard sits at the top of the Neo era collector list alongside Lugia and the Shining Magikarp/Gyarados pair from Neo Revelation.
Neo Destiny shipped in 1st Edition, Unlimited, and Shining variants. Same conventions as Neo Revelation.
Shining Charizard 1st Edition PSA 10 commands prices comparable to top Base Set holos despite the much smaller print run. The card was famously hard to pull and survives in scarce high-grade populations.
Shining Charizard is the marquee. Light Dragonite and the other Light prefix Pokémon have smaller but loyal followings. Neo Destiny sealed product is one of the more actively-traded sealed boxes in the vintage market.
